About Our Company
Who is Sports Apparel USA? We make custom team uniforms and clothes for sports teams in many countries. Our main office is in California. Our team of sales people and designers works with our factories in Pakistan. We are proud to have factories that have won awards for being safe and doing good work.
What kind of clothes do you sell? We make everything custom, just for you! It comes with your brand’s name, straight from our factories. This is why our prices are so good.
Making Your Uniforms
How do you make the uniforms? We use a special way of printing called sublimation. The ink goes right into the fabric, so the colors never wash out or crack. The design will last for many years. We can also do fancy stitching called tackle twill and embroidery, but there is an extra cost.
How many designs and colors can I choose from? You can have any design you can imagine! Our team of designers works for you all day to create exactly what you want. You can change every single part of the uniform.
What kind of fabric do you use? We use a special fabric that stays dry and cool, made of 100% Polyester. The main part of the uniform is strong, and the neck and shoulders are stretchy to help you move. We can also change how heavy the fabric is, depending on what you need.
Ordering & Shipping
How long does it take to get my order? Our general time is 3-4 weeks. We can do it in 2-3 weeks for an extra charge. For a very big order, we promise to deliver in 30 days or we will give you some money back.
Are there shipping costs? Yes. Shipping by sea or by plane will cost about:
- $2-$3 for one jersey
- $4-$5 for a full uniform set
- Heavier things like football pants or bags will cost a little more.
Is the artwork included in the price? Yes.
Do you offer discounts for big orders? Yes, when you order more, the price for each item goes down. You can find all of our prices on our website: www.sportsapparelusa.com.

How do you make sure the uniforms are right? We check every single order very carefully at the end of making it. For big orders, we send you samples first to make sure the size, color, and design are exactly what you want. For smaller orders, you can get samples for a small fee.

Can I get sizing kits for my players? Yes, we are happy to send you sizing kits to help your players find the right size.
